NeuroMorph is a self-mutating, memory-hard proof-of-work algorithm built to resist GPU and ASIC advantages, so a regular CPU competes fairly - no special hardware needed. Cereblix (CRB) is a newer coin, and SKN Pool runs its own custom pool software for it rather than a fork of an existing pool codebase.
PPLNS pools your shares with everyone else currently mining and pays out proportionally - smaller payouts, but steady and predictable. Solo mode puts you on your own separate stratum port at full network difficulty: if you find a block, you keep 100% of the reward minus the pool fee, but it can take a while at low hashrate. Both are available on this pool with the same low fee.
